Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring the hygienic seal is still attached to the garment.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
