How do I find my perfect fit?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for more coverage or sizing down for a cheekier look. Our fabrics are designed with high-stretch recovery to mold to your body.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners attached. Please note that for health reasons, we cannot accept returns if the hygiene seal has been removed.
How should I care for my Cocopalm swimwear?
To maintain the vibrancy and shape of your suit, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent after each use. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or leaving your suit in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
When will my order arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your materials sustainable?
We are committed to the ocean. Many of our collections are crafted using ECONYL® regenerated nylon, which is made from recycled fishing nets and other ocean plastic waste.
